just returned from a short stay here.... after the reviews here i wasnt expecting much....
the hotel is stylish indeed.. the location is not really great..
WHATEVER WHENEVER service is really weak... i was staying at the hospital before and tried to arrange pickup by limousine... was really hard to manage.
Staff at front door and front desk was great. Food quality and size was good and not too overpriced as others have said.

the whatever whenever staff needs more training.... i tried to order mac and cheese but they only have it as a side dish. i said i want want a big portion they can charge whatever they want... the answer was : "it is impossible, we only have one size" ..... well : "WHATEVER WHENEVER"

The W bed is awesome. But the rooms have many flaws... When i choose the "dim the bedroom" setting i hear a buzzing sound all the time. Also the TV and entertainement system isnt properly set up....
I'm happy we only had a short stay there. Will return in 2 month when they have suites available and hope they can fix some of the issues....

The hotel is very busy right now with platinum members, everybody wants to take a look at this new property but the question is who will return ?
