I agree with the others who say that your plans are unrealistic. What you have in mind is not "a small tour." Reread the post that compared your planned itinerary with trying to see all of Southeast Asia in 7 days.

Don't go to more than two cities. If you do that, all you need is one train ticket and an open-jaw (arrive in one city, leave from the other) flight from Malaysia.
