It should not be a problem. You will not be the first Pre-qualified pax who has a reason for preferring the NoS, presumably for medical reasons.

However...if you use the NoS, it may mean that you have to empty your pockets, take off your belt, jacket and shoes, even if you are Pre-qualified.
