no just a lowly elite i am afraid. the wheel is broken off with the casing cracked around it so I doubt it is repairable. the handle is broken but i think that is fixable. It looks like someone ran over it. The one thing i cannot understand is how the logo plate got ripped off. Two metal spikes sticking out of the bag now where it was.
Have had AC fix broken (off) wheels & handle. They sent it away, arrived back by courier a week later. You need to talk to the baggage agent at the airport where you got the bag back.
Not had to deal with missing contents though, sorry to hear about that..
