My brand new, carefully selected, suitcase arrived with a slice down the back of it. Took it to AC for repair. Two weeks later received a box by courier. Assumed it was my repaired bag, but it was a new one. Basically the same, except black (and I had carefully chosen blue to help make IDing it quicker!)

Both were 'cheap' (about $50 on sale) bags so quality matched, just not the colour. (This was a second suitcase to handle overflow, my main bag is an Eagle Creek with lifetime warranty but when cruising we need a 3rd suitcase to handle the formal wear.)
