In a similar vein, I have an upcoming T1-T1 overnight connection, with inbound domestic at 22:00 from LBA and outbound international at 08:00 the following morning, both T1.

I'll through check my luggage and am thinking of doing an airside T1-T4 transfer, staying at Hilton T4, then early morning Heathrow Express transfer back from T4 to T1 the following morning.

Does anyone have any comments or better (convenience rather than price) suggestions?
