no just a lowly elite i am afraid. the wheel is broken off with the casing cracked around it so I doubt it is repairable. the handle is broken but i think that is fixable. It looks like someone ran over it. The one thing i cannot understand is how the logo plate got ripped off. Two metal spikes sticking out of the bag now where it was.
Sorry don't have anything to offer... i think you may find a lot of people on here don't check bags very often and prefer carry-on..certainly that's my case so haven't had many opportunities to have bags lost or damaged.
