Here you will find the Fees to change an award or redeposit miles

Depending on your status there is a fee associated with the milage redeposit.

I've never cancelled online. I would call the MP line on the phone.


Also, United *may* be willing to waive the fee based on the medical nature of your cancellation. They *may* require a doctor's signed note in attestation.
