Yes in principle, except that if the OP is arriving at 10.30pm and tired, I suspect the prospect of ordering room service while running a hot bath might be more tempting than venturing in a rather empty terminal, even assuming the restaurant was still open (which I doubt). At least that is the prospect that would be tempting me!
