Personally, I would do this: Use the e-ticket tab on classic.checkmytrip.com to get the fare basis. Then use EF's historical fare information function to look up the fare basis for the ticketing date in question, and then get the full fare rules from that. I believe, though, that the latter part of this exercise requires an EF subscription.
