Unfortunately AC is notorious for this. That's why on routes where it's possible, I track my inbound a/c movements to know what is really about to happen.
That's exactly what I did, but the inbound was on time all the way to SCL. By the time it landed there, I had to leave for the airport. When I arrived at the airport, it was still showing on time, despite the fact that the aircraft was already almost 2 hours late in leaving SCL, and would not leave for another hour.
