If you have a wander around the Stickies you will find a lot of good information, including a particular one on the best WT+ seats. MMB should tell you what your aircraft type is, but I am going to guess that it will be a 777-200 series, with 3 classes rather than 4 (so no First). In which case seats in row 12, the front row, are often popular.
