As a PLT for 2012 I missed about 1/2 of my upgrades, mostly due to frequenting highly desired routes such as JFK-LAX and a couple of mainland-HNL routes. I also would not request the upgrade if I had limited stickers and had already confirmed exit row or MCE on shorter flights.

EXP for the first time this year - if i can clear more than 90% i'll be over the moon.
