IMO, wasted money for the market niche they are supposedly targeting. Not likely to make much positive impact with Latinos, unless one considers the "naco" niche... and I am not quite sure the 20-30 years of brand loyalty will ensue from these.
IDK if Latinos were their intended target audience. More likely, it is the 18-49 crowd that watches Jimmy Kimmel and/or has a sense of humour.
