Oh Barry... didn't you read the post? Clearly not, so let me 'splain it to you. There is absolutely nothing subjective about it, whatsoever. I saw - and heard - exactly what I documented.

The OP (me) doesn't "think" I saw anything. I DID witness a tongue lashing, in public, by an arrogant, smug, overbearing, threatening jackass as he humiliated a subordinate, in public, in clear view. On Christmas day, no less. Further, he went on to use guilt - and deferred blame (mysterious auditors, his poor family, etc) to get the focus off of him, at a boarding gate, in clear view of passengers.

Whether or not she deserved a reprimand was not commented upon. The location (in public, in front of passengers), tone, style, and lack of professionalism is my complaint. (Again, did ya not read that part?). Oh, and the other part is that little tidbit about how he refused to assist me with a simple request, all the while he was "busy" dressing her down must have slipped by you as well.

So , quit rolling those eyeballs, and reread the post....perhaps you didn't get the full meaning because of the eyeball rolling? If you cannot equate the words demeaning and debacle with how this buffon behaved, I suggest you look up the meaning of those words.

Lastly, Barry, since you don't seem to get the real point here, it's never good form to reprimand - let alone humiliate - an employee in public, while at the same time refusing to serve a customer. That's why they make offices, with doors.
