Hi,

You would need to go landside in T5 to use the arrivals lounge for a shower and then take the free Heathrow Express to T1 and clear security.

I'm not sure if there are showers in the T1 lounges ( if they are you could transfer airside from T5 to T1 , clear security and then use the showers in the T1 lounge)
