At the risk of sounding like I'm insane, while waiting for a flight to PHL, I swear that I saw a US flight from BOS to CDG departing from the next gate on the afternoon of Sunday, December 16th. I did a double-take when I saw the marquee, and I was equally as surprised given the equipment type (I don't recall what it was now, but it was definitely a narrow-body aircraft).

I should have taken a picture at the time, as I've tried searching but can find no evidence that I actually saw what I know I saw...
