Found a website that billed in THB, it's think2travel.com, but the claim got rejected due to it's general terms : Confirmation will be issued in 24 hours (instead of immediate confirmation)
Besides, finally got my Istanbul BRG done, apparently they rejected my claims for higher room type but they are more tolerant with lower room type...well, it's fine for me=)
