not hard to burn through with gift card purchase or 1 refundable ticket...They even credited $160 of international taxes on my last award tickets to Mexico. In my case they gave me the credit 1 day after I asked. It does say in the fine print 5-7 business days, and that it could take up to 1-2 billing cycles for it to get applied...sorry I thought you got yours in june-july like the rest of us.
