2. If not , Will they Proper take Care of TV ??
3. I heard TV Prices in india upto 35,000 Rs are not Taxable . But Sony Bravia 40 Inch is About 50,000 Rs in India . So How Much Tax i need to Pay ? What is the Method of Calculation .

#1: I can't imagine any airline allowing you to take a 40" TV as a carry-on, unless maybe if you buy it its own seat. And probably not even then. Have you checked the airline's website to see their carry-on size limits?

#2: Doubtful. I wouldn't risk it.

#3: Sorry, no idea.
