In reading your posts you seem to continue to hold onto the idea that you might seek judicial relief. In all likelihood it includes a clause where the holder agrees to have a disputed matter adjudicated in arbitration rather then in the courts.
I do not intend to seek judicial relief. Much of what I am referring to are the legal parameters that would justify an intervention by the CFPB.
However, arbitration still is based on the law. You can't get relief in arbitration if you don't have a legal case, or be denied relief if you do have a case.
