Two questions:
(1)was the agent angry (general demeanor) or angry at
you
(2)I arrive at JFK (T8 = AA), after I print my GE ticket (except on two occasions), the next CBP agent I meet is the customs person, who takes my slip and I'm out the door.
[I fly with carry-on only, so from the time I reach the GE terminal to the time I exit, is generally no more than 2-3 minutes.]
Just angry demeanor. The lady before me asked a question and he just shouted "MOVE ALONG LADY." Typical power-hungry guy from Jersey with authority.
