“Great Stay”

Arrival :
We booked a transfer from hotel prior to arrival. On the way out from airport, their are waiting with my name on the board. However, the location in airport are not great. We have to bring our bag using small path towards the car.

Check In :
Was smooth but since it was only at 10AM, the room was not ready. They asked for 30 minutes to clear and add my extra bed. Booked standard room and they upgrade me to executive plus with lounge. This room comes with 2 queen bed and extra spacious. On the second day, they sent a celebration cake to my room, although I just notified them via booking. A nice touch!

Facilities :
The spa was great and the price are the cheapest amongst Hilton that I have been to. Swimming pool look decent but a lot of kids and family as they told me that hotel was full.

Concierge :
Was very helpful providing all the info about tourist attraction and suggestion to best restaurant around Bandung.

Club Lounge :
Very attentive staff around. Trying to start a conversation with you all the time about the hotel and Hilton worldwide. Serving for evening cocktails also superb, a lot of food. Request to buy their monkey teddy bear for my souvenir although the teddy bear was not for sell, request granted and I have to pay IDR75k for that.

Overall, it was a great stay in Bandung and I will return some day.
Room Tip: Executive Plus Room, high floor.
