Recent U.S. DOT regulations strengthens consumer protection on baggage charges.

As soon as it is in the same ticket, CX (as MSC) baggage can be applied.

You will for sure be able to check-in 3 baggages. The only issue is - any AAngels know how to do it with the least trouble.
