The Japanese Dormy Inn chain has a couple of properties in South Korea; I stayed at the one in Suwon a couple of years ago. Unlike their properties in Japan it was more of a serviced apartment; I had a full kitchen with laundry, a utility room, one bedroom and a living room for about $90/night.
