Swanhunter as ever speaks wise words - though very very occasionally there is the odd exception where a CX booking mysteriously appears in my BAEC MMB list - only happened twice in about 20 odd flights since CX switched over to Amadeus. On both occasions, booked via cathaypacific.com, ex-HKG, and added my BAEC during the booking process - but have done similar on other occasions to no avail.

I'd second the MyFlights app as a means of integrating everything neatly too!
