PS David: Looking at 'experiences' (http://www.ritzcarlton.com/en/Reserv...on/Default.htm), it looks like this is a golf focused establishment...

Neither my partner nor I have any interest in golf... Would you still recommend Dorado Beach? (I understand that you have not visited yet, but per your Holiday card it is on your list of places to visit in 2013, right?)
