I'm fresh out of ideas. It's come down to just hoping/praying for the best at this point. Any missives put out by our current management team just go from my mailbox, whether email or paper, right into the trash. Mostly, we just try to soldier on without talking about our situation because it doesn't help to get bogged down in negativity. Sometimes passengers want to complain/cmmiserate but I usually cut that off because it serves no purpose.
