I'm missing 40K miles needed for Platinum requal because TK stubbornly refuses to award credit for flights in "G" booking class. UA has been ineffectual in addressing the issue. Under Star Alliance rules, claims for missing miles are made to the loyalty program rather than the operating carrier.
