This is a decent hotel and I know that personally since I stayed there last about 6 weeks ago. However, it's not a luxury hotel, so I am going to move it to the Hyatt forum where I am sure the mods will add it to the extensive thread on this hotel already there.

I was actually rather impressed by our stay last week... From check-in to check-out service was superb, including their response to an issue when an improperly trained staff member turned us away for a drink at 1901. Wish I could say the same about the W Leicester Square, which we likely won't consider again.
