I had exactly the same problem. I had 2 stays of > 2 nights under this promo, and double stay credit did not show up. I had many different responses from customer service and a number of emails where they clearly did not understand the issue/question;
1. the double stays are tracked internally, will only show at the end (don't believe that)
2. they have counted double, but some of your stays from earlier in the year were not eligible and so were taken off
3. you (me) don't know how to count (I was just looking at the number of outstanding stays from before promo started etc).
After many emails, I finally got them to agree to extend my status manually for another year. And even then they insisted they are doing me a special favour.
It is always a good idea to take a screen shot of your promotions
when you sign up.
This way you have the exact date and can forward them the screenshot if the date of sign up is ever in question.
If they say some stays were not eligible, why were they not eligible?
I really wish the system would allow us to see the promotions we have signed up for, maybe one day this will be an update to their system.
