I'm a bit sceptical.
Some folk who went to a KE office early on had luck changing dates. Maybe some folk who were supposed to fly soon after KE cancelled, as well. Otherwise, I think it's fly as ticketed, or refund.
Given my tight work schedule the time changes made by the airlines made the new itinerary impossible. The only other vacation time I can get free is in the late spring/summer. So I can't fly the current reservation with the new times and can't simply push it back a day or week given my work schedule.
So people are not having any luck with date changes even when the airlines have significantly altered the timing by over a day? Guess I just chalk it up to tough luck? Would have been nice to get to go to RGN....
