What was further frustrating - and quite frankly deceiving - was when I did a multi city CLE-ORD, ORD-BTV, BTV-CLE it showed a significantly higher price (~$495) when displaying the 5:55PM CLE-ORD. I finally selected that flight just to see what happens and it takes me to the next screen with the ORD-BTV option (there was only one) and voila it was available and at the $241 price that it should have been. The system should not work like that and it's very frustrating, whatever the reason.
So if you piece a RT together using the multi-city option and use the, for example, 4 segments that represent the outbound and return connections (that should just be a normal RT) the system recognizes that and prices it correctly??
