Pulitzer will be feeling feeling the heat - as a regular over there - I indeed see the prices dropping precipitously :-) - which is good for a limited time - prevents them from becoming too complacent - for some time. But Amsterdam has some nice new properties coming up - very good. Personally I would love to see a W - seems to be the place for it :-)
