When I book a € 2500 WBC ticket, KLM pays € 50 processing fee, the customer only € 15. The shorthaul customer is paying to much, the longhaul customer should pay more. But who would be willing to pay € 50 processing fee?
The people who insist on using a credit card for these transactions? Now People flying on cheap fares are paying for the miles earnings (through credit card spend) of business class fliers..
