except for Renaissance Phuket IMO the other Marriott props here aren't worth spending your 7-day pkg at...........Thailand offers other beach locations (Pattaya & eventually Rayong) along with BKK, but again, IMO not many days in each............if you're coming all the way from The City and want to limit stays at Marriotts then consider nearby visits like Kuala Lumpur & Singapore and include a stopover in Hong Kong...........

I would like a nice hotel near to the beach and where it is relaxing. We are both from France and live in San Francisco so ideally I'd like a place that is neither in Europe nor in the USA (Hawaii excluded).
