I have 1M+ points and I am planning on proposing my girlfriend this year. I am planning on redeeming points for the package travel. I would like a nice hotel near to the beach and where it is relaxing. We are both from France and live in San Francisco so ideally I'd like a place that is neither in Europe nor in the USA (Hawaii excluded). After or before our 7 night stay, I'd like to 'go around' and visit the country for an additional 10 days. For now Thailand is on my short list but would like to hear from you world travelers.
