1) I believe the noodles would be boiled first, then breaded and fried.
2) Despite what has happened to poor old fettucine alfredo outside of Italy in recent times, there is properly no such thing as "alfredo sauce." Genuine fettucine alfredo has butter and cheese, but no cream or, worse yet, cream substitutes such as the "milkfat solids" that show up in jarred versions.
3) To answer the OP: I vote for "disgusting." Is this from the Olive Garden or something? Sure sounds like it.
