HNL-ORD is an ordinary domestic F cabin (just as most flights from SFO/LAX to Hawaii will be). If you'd like a higher quality product, you'll have to burn an RPU/miles or pay for it in cash.
Are you saying you routinely clear on Ewr-sfo/lax also? That is a tough upgrade IME.
