For me, this is the perfect time of year at Amangiri - blue skies, cold but bearable temperatures and tons of peace and quiet. I never had a problem with noise or children. The spa had plenty of slots and the chef had time to discuss menus. The landscape looks incredible in winter, too.

Thank you both for your thoughts. Ended up booking 4nts at the end of Feb/beginning of March. With 3 meals included, along with sundry other bits, it seemed too good a chance not to take it. Plus, the thought of cool days/colder nights, a fire, and (I'm hoping) sub-60% occupancy rate sounds perfect.
