You've got options, all with pros and cons:

IAD - three BA flights per day giving some flexibility but public transport to downtown is lengthy and tedious

BWI - easy, fast train to Union Station connecting to the WMATA subway but just one BA flight per day with a B767

DCA - you'll have to connect somewhere like JFK but on arrival it's just a short hop onto the subway and you're in town
