I applied for the Premier Rewards Visa Signature card on 12/13. Did not get an instant approval, but instead the 7-10 days notification. No email confirmation, nothing. Checked at usbank.com for the phone number to check on the status of the application. Called and learned that I was approved. Spoke to a rep who said my card was sent on 12/20 and I should receive it next week.

I immediately jumped to try this one night benefit and redeemed 2 nights at 38,000 points. Got to pay only for one night (38,000 points) at a hotel which otherwise requires USD 2,250.00 with taxes for those two nights. Very happy about being able to get 6 cents value out of a CC point!^
