If you're referring to OLCI, I don't believe there is a cut off tie to print your boarding pass as long as you've met the minimum check in time for the flight.
Can't recall printing, but OLCI can close in advance of airport checkin closing. I think I've seen it close 3 hours before airport checkin, certainly I've seen it closed by 2 hours before airport checkin closes.
Actually, I think in thouse circumstances I couldn't get in to get my BP either. (i.e. someone else couldn't checkin on line, I couldn't get in to get BP).
