Way ahead of you... the plot thickens however. First agent I talked to is seeing the same thing the hotel is: "0 points + $95 CAD / night". Agent said they didn't have access to "browse the internet" to see what I was seeing on the website.

Asked to be transferred to supervisor. Walked the supervisor through what I'm seeing online, and she saw it. So, at least I'm not going crazy!! She's also noted my reservation with her name and what I booked/confirmed through the web.

However, the supervisor says that SHE also isn't able to change this, as rate adjustments can only be done from the property, and it must be changed by someone at the hotel. She called the hotel herself, and "nobody able to change this is there at the moment", but she took my cell number and promised to call back within an hour.

Hotel front desk is likely getting sick of me, and now verbally offering to comp the parking and WiFi. I'm not going to be back there until ~9pm, so if that's where we end up, I'm going to just take it. Club lounge is closed for the weekend anyhow, so the only perk of the club level at this point is free parking and WiFi...

Just sort of getting the impression that this property is either just dreadfully managed, or else is a little ethically challenged...
