I hope you have saved or printed the online confirmation.

Also, note that some email confirmations--the sort that you must click to open--apparently allow the hotel to change the terms without notifying you or anything. When you click later on the same confirmation email, it's different. Always print or otherwise keep a record of your original confirmation to prevent funny business.
