Thanks for that, infact the avios back immediately, but it seems told by BAEC that due to Hurricane Sandy this has put all the refunds back many weeks, have been told it could be up to 8 weeks ugh
Same timeframe those of us with BMI DC refunds are having to cope with sadly, am still waiting on cash for a booking cancelled in the first week of November. And miles were hit and miss (2 of 4 cancellations within 24 hrs, 2 had to be chased a few times). Luckily they came through on Friday as I was about 3.5k short for a CX award I'd been looking out for since October (thank you Awardnexus - it came in with 3 days of my auto search remaining!)
