Thinking about trying this place in February (maybe around Valentine's Day?). Any thoughts on level of occupancy at this time of the year?

I am extremely noise sensitive, and always communicate ahead with GMs to ensure I am in a quietly/privately located area. This place looks perfect as a "get away from it all", but having read through the reviews, I am a touch hesitant to book based on concerns it could be a bit noisy.

Thoughts?
