I had (or at least tried) the very same braised beef in F last week and it was nearly uncuttable - a scalpel would have been a suitable implement. It was sent back and replaced by the friendly and apologetic crew with something else. Really awful 'cooking'. I wish BA would get someone who understands food to manage the catering in premium cabins.
