OS (best coffee menu choice), AF, AZ, SN, LY, SK, formerly CO, most Middle Eastern airlines, most South East Asian airlines, QF and if I remember correctly NZ, etc.

Honestly, BA is simply lagging years behind in terms of long haul J coffee.
