Apparently the supplier and BA executives went up in the air to try the current coffee and the supplier was shocked at how different it tasted in the air.
Anyway as a result, changes are on the way.
Not sure when the changes are going to be implemented but they are definitely coming.
You mean BA executives have never flown on a BA plane before? or is it they've never had coffee on the flight before. Seems a bit strange to me that they have to go on a special journey to try the coffee but the good news is that they have and are doing something about it.
